SHIPPING COST
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout & depend on your country & postal service. We ship all packages by Bpost, PostNL or DPD.
Free shipping in Belgium & The Netherlands on orders over €150,-
Free shipping in EU on orders over €250,-
DELIVERY TIME
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We do not warrant that the quality, color or fabric of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Products purchased with a discount/promotion can not be returned.

PAYMENTS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Payments can be done trough our own payment methods, as well as via third parties. We work with Mollie as a payment partner.
Orders will not be shipped untill we receive the payment for your order.
We ask to ensure that we receive your payment within 14 days. If not, your order will be automatically cancelled.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
