Refund policy

This Returns Policy describes what your rights are concerning, returning or exchanging a purchase from neufdeux.be. This is part of our Terms of Service.

SHIPPING

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout & depend on your country & postal service. We ship all packages by Bpost, PostNL or DPD.
Free shipping in BE/NL on orders over €150,- 
Free shipping in EU on orders over €250,-

DELIVERY TIME

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment

Delivery times:
Belgium | 1-2 business days
Europe |  2-5 business days
Rest of the world | 5-15 business days

RETURNS

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days from the day of delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For a refund, the return of the items must be in the original condition (complete with the original tags and in their original packaging), unused and in resaleable condition. 

When returning items, the shipping costs are the customers own expense. We kindly ask to use a postal service that provides a shipment tracking code.

Once we receive the goods, we will verify if the conditions are respected. We will refund your returned item or process the requested new size, item or voucher equal to the value of the returned goods.
We do not refund any shipping paid.

REFUND CONDITIONS

In case of refunds, we will refund the paid item(s) price. Paid shipping costs cannot be refunded.

If the items are damaged whilst in your care or if you fail to return all parts of the items, we have the right to withhold payment of all or part of the refund in respect of the items as compensation for our loss on these items.

Discounted items, Gift Cards & hand-made items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is accepted.

For items that will be returned while 'free shipping from €150,-' was optional at the check out, free shipping will not be applicable if the amount of returned items is below the amount needed to have access to the free shipping discount.

Please allow 1-4 business days after we receive the items, to refund your returned items.
